- Customer Account and Equipment Data: Retained for the lifespan of the business relationship or equipment lifespan, as grip equipment remains in service for many years and requires historical data for replacement parts, repairs, or warranty assistance.
- Marketing Information: Retained until you withdraw your consent or opt out of promotional communications.
When information is no longer reasonably needed, we will delete, anonymize, aggregate, or securely dispose of it.
