At Norms Studio GRP, INC, we are proud to be the first in the industry to offer a Full Lifetime Warranty—a testament to our leadership and innovation in the field. We believe so strongly in the quality and craftsmanship of our products that we stand behind them for life.

Our products are Made in the USA and are Built to Last, embodying the durability and reliability that used to be the hallmark of USA manufacturing. When you purchase from Norms Studio, you’re not just buying equipment—you’re investing in tools that will perform for generations.

Starting with purchases of new Grip Stands—our flagship products—made in 2025, this Lifetime Warranty applies exclusively to new Grip Stands manufactured by Norms Studio. This warranty does not extend to other products, used items, or refurbished equipment.

What’s Covered

This Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship caused by errors during the manufacturing of new Grip Stands. Used or refurbished Grip Stands and other products are not covered under this policy.

Definition of Lifetime

"Lifetime" refers to the duration of ownership by the original purchaser, provided the product remains in a usable condition and is not rendered unusable due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. Once the product becomes unserviceable for reasons other than manufacturing defects, the warranty expires.

How to Obtain Service

To request warranty service:

1. Contact us: Reach out to info@NormsGrip.com for instructions.
2. Shipping: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from Norms Studio GRP, INC or an Authorized Service Center. We recommend using insured and trackable shipping methods to protect your item during transit. If an item is damaged during shipping, we will work with the shipping company to help resolve the issue to the best of our ability.
3. Local Drop-Off Option: If you are local, you may bring the product directly to our warehouse to avoid shipping fees.

What We Will Do

Upon inspection, if we determine the issue is covered under this warranty, we will:

• Repair the product, or
• Replace it with an identical or equivalent product at our discretion.

If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we may provide a refund of the original purchase price.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Products other than new Grip Stands purchased in 2025.
• Normal wear and tear, including components that naturally degrade over time through standard use.
• Failures due to misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidental damage.
• Modifications or unauthorized repairs.
• Products used in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Products subjected to extreme environments, including excessive heat, outdoor exposure beyond specified use, or use with unauthorized third-party components.
• Used and/or Refurbished products. (This Lifetime Warranty covers new Grip Stand purchases.)
• Third-party products sold by Norms Studio.

Proof of Purchase

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims:

• For warranty coverage, the product must be a new Grip Stand purchased in 2025. Retain your invoice/receipt for proof of purchase. Receipts from Norms Studio website purchases will be stored in your account for easy access.
• If purchased through an authorized third party, keep your invoice/receipt as proof.
• In the near future, we will offer the ability to register products and upload third-party purchase receipts to your account on our website, streamlining warranty tracking for added convenience.

International Warranty

This warranty applies to products purchased and used in the United States. For customers outside the U.S., warranty service is available but subject to additional shipping, customs, and handling fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Warranty coverage may vary depending on the laws of your country.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this warranty shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The laws of the state of California will govern this warranty.

Limitations of Liability

Except as expressly stated herein, Norms Studio GRP, INC disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Norms Studio GRP, INC is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, such as lost time, revenue, or other costs related to a defective product.

Force Majeure

Norms Studio GRP, INC is not responsible for warranty claims resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or government regulations.
